Help brightness problem on my brand new laptop

Hi there, I have a brightness problem on my new laptop ASUS X550LN-XX003D I tried to adjust the brighness with fn key + f10.. f11 ect but it only makes the screen darker.. lighter.. idk how to explain it but my laptop is a very light. Please I need help.. I'd like to adjust my brightness a little bit darker.

check if Auto Brightness is enabled and see if disabling it will help

Idk what to do man, I paid a lot for my laptop and everything is light.. like.. you know when you put ur shirt or something like that on the sun and if it stays for like idk 2-3 days it becomes lighter.. my screen/brightness is like that, everything is light.
