So I just overclocked for my first time, so I decided to use XTU instead of going into the BIOS. And I clocked it up to 4.3 GHz on core 1 and 2, 4.2 on core 3 and 4.1 on core 4 with stock voltage settings. So I ran Prime95 for approx 7 - 8 hours with zero errors and the temps didn't reach higher than 69 degrees (celcius) on the hottest core, am I just good to go and accept the fact that it's stable, or should I run Prime95 for a longer duration? As I'm unsure if stock voltages are good enough for that overclock.

Nup - that's stable all right.

You might get to 4.5 if you got a good cpu.

Cool.

I doubt I'll go higher than this tbh, I just wanted to squeeze a tiny bit more performance out of the CPU at safe clocks without it getting too hot etc.

I like that. Not too many conservatives here. Mostly hot-heads.
