Purely in terms of power output, no. that PSU is limited to 22amps on the 12v rail, and the 12v rail is the important rail. The jesus rail, if you will
so the one i linked will be better in running 7750 radeon?
Sorry I meant the one in your original post is better. But both would handle a hd7750, it's not a demanding card at all
