What is the watt of my psu?

I have an old pc and I wanna know how much it is. There is no model no. given all written is Model: ATX-600w-PIV.
here is whats in the column :
+3.3v ~ 25A
+5v ~ 28A
+12v ~ 26A
-5v ~ 0.5A
-12v ~ 0.5A
+5Vsb ~ 2.0A

It's a 600W PSU, but it can only output 312W on the 12V rail, so it isn't ideal for high-end hardware.

Purely in terms of power output, no YES. that PSU is limited to 22amps on the 12v rail, and the 12v rail is the important rail. The jesus rail, if you will :D

Sorry I meant the one in your original post is better. But both would handle a hd7750, it's not a demanding card at all
