whats my actual amperage rating

In my psu below 12 v rail its written 10 amp but below that portion it is written that +3.3&5 12v max = 22 amp .
so what's my actual amperage reading
I want to run Asus GeForce 210 1 gb graphic card.my psu is of 500 watt
Other pc specs
Intel core 2 duo E7300 6.66 ghz 32 bit
2 gb ddr2 ram
Seagate 320 gb hard disk
And Mercury PIG31T motherboard

10 amps @ 12 volts would be 120 watts at 12 volts.

A combined rating in AMPS is no good because of the various voltages. Combined ratings should only be used on rails of the same voltage.

Here you can see wattage as the combined for the lower rails and amps for the 12 volt rails(12v x 22a = 264 watts).

An image may help us see what you have. Also note that older power supplies had more power on the lower rails(3.3/5). Since modern systems use much more 12 volt power, those older units are not suitable for modern systems.

Whats the make and model of the PSU?

If it says its only got 10 amps on the 12v rail then its a very bad PSU and you should replace it if you intend on getting a better GPU - I wouldnt bother with the GT210, its an old low end graphics card (it was bad when it was new!)
