Hi,
I have a desktop computer running win 8.
I'm connected to the internet with a wired connection.
The problem is that evey couple of minutes the internet speed decreases dramatically.
From about 40 MB it drops to about 2-5 MB.
Restarting the router didn't helped.
The only solution is disabling and enabling the network adapter.
The connection is getting back to normal in a second , but it drops again after few minutes.
Please help.
