Im fairly sure that there is a issue with my gpu, I am getting horrific fps in games and not to mention occasional "stutters" that make the frames drop then go back up. A example i can think of is arma 3 , i get only 20 fps on LOW ( its not much worse on ultra) and it stutters i have some graphs here for my gpu when i was in game http://tinypic.com/r/t9ulol/8 and http://tinypic.com/r/nnlfr7/8
My specs are as follows
Cpu - fx 6100
GPU - gtx 660
MOBO - asus m5a78lm/usb3
Things i have tried - Physically removing it then putting it back in again - Re installing windows ( im 6 days from fresh install) - Re installing drivers - I have a spare GPU but im waiting to try that to see if there is anyother way to isolate the issue.
