I can't access my External Harddrive in Windows 7

I have a WD 15EADS External Hard Drive and it works perfectly on other devices but when i use it on my Windows 7 Laptop it shows up in the Device manager as working perfectly but it has no letter assinged to it and every option i have is grey.

try assigning it a letter in disk management (run diskmgmt.msc) and if you cant then delete the drive from device manager, say yes when it asks to delete the drivers, unlplug it for a few minutes, and the finally plug it back into the same exact port. This will reload the drivers.

I tried it a few times but it didn't work.
