The DD cooler is inferior to Gigabyte's Windforce and Asus's DirectCU II. But if you really want to, you can get the XFX. I am talking from a performance standpoint, not a design / visual standpoint.
ASUS and Gigabyte make better cards my last Gigabyte card was DOA , but that can happen to anyone , I like the ASUS CARD in the above choices , I use EVGA now.

Both the Gigabyte and Asus are good. Between them, I would pick the cheaper of the two.
I like the design of the XFX is that no good?
XFX has a great reputation for warranty support (though so do Asus and Gigabyte), but their coolers aren't as beloved as Asus's Direct CU II or Gigabyte's Windforce. The Hawaii GPUs are power-hungry and hot, so I definitely wouldn't settle for a lesser cooler than necessary.
