my system spect you need to know;
2 twin frozr gaming series 760's
asrock z77 extreme 4
cased in nzxt h440

so when im playing games in have to run my cards at %85 fan speed to keep at around 60-70 degrees but is very loud. idle they are fine, one runs at 35 the other at 30.my case does have some good air flow, everywhere a fan mount is a fan is in place. pulling air in from the front and out the back. i have even upgraded them to corsairs sp and af fans.there is around
2.5cm of room infront of the graphics cards fans to breathe.

i have looked into water cooling them but im not willing to spent that price on a full loop. also the all in one gpu water coolers but i cant find one that officially fits my graphics cards.

any suggestions will be great full, thanks.

Your case and the twin frozer coolers are actually not very good for cooling an SLI setup. Your case doesn't have any fans or even vents on the side panel which if it did would make a difference. If I am looking at the correct case (link) you might want to try removing that giant piece of plastic on the side panel and see if that improves temps at all. Your non-reference GPUs are also not very ideal for SLI. They give you great overclocks but the way they cool the cards, they actually make everything around them hotter because they are pumping all the heat they remove back into the case and not out of the back. And when I say they make everything around them hotter, that includes making each other hotter as well. If your...

And when I say they make everything around them hotter, that includes making each other hotter as well. If your case had side panel fans, you could use them as exhausts to get that hot air out. Reference design coolers actually pump most of the hot air out the back which is why some people prefer them for SLI. But, they don't overclock as well. My suggestion is to either mod your case to accept fans on the side panel or get a new one. Other solutions would be to turn the fans on full blast or get some kind of liquid cooling setup for the GPUs. NZXT makes a pretty neat bracket that lets you use their Kraken series closed loop liquid coolers on just about any AMD or Nvidia GPU. Here is a link to the bracket (link), the coolers run about $100 or more each depending on which one you get and from where. Since you would need two, the 120mm would be the best option: (link). For about $250 + cost of 4 120mm fans, you can have a pretty decent and quiet liquid setup that should be a lot better than your current coolers.
