Full build here.

I have plans to OC the 4790K but no plans to OC the Sapphire R9 220. Still, I'm concerned that the Sapphire is going to be pushing more heat into the case than it can handle. Will I be fine, or if not, what improvements can I make to airflow?

(Also, I threw in the sound card there as a placeholder, since some sound card is an upgrade I'll be making eventually. I don't know how much that'll affect things.)

Solution
I have the same case with a 8320 and Hyper 212+ cooler with a 290X and an arctic accelero xtreme IV. I don't ahve any trouble with the temps on my CPU, with temps never going over the low 50's while gaming. I do have an extra fan in the front though, but both the side and top vents are closed.

You should be just fine.

Okay, thanks.

It looks like I'll need to take out the middle drive bay to fit the very long Sapphire, but I'd have considered that anyway for better front case fan flow since I only need the top and bottom drive bays.

PS. I went back and re-benchmarked my PC last night, temps actually max out at 38C while gaming

Yeah, I removed the large bay for better airflow, plus I dont think I would ever need more than 3 HD bays, especially since yuo can mount a SSD behind the Mobo
