Hi,
currently I have this specs
♦ CPU:-Intel Core i3-540
♦ GPU:-Zotac 750 Ti 2GB DDR5
♦ RAM:-Transcend 2*4 GB DDR3-1333
♦ HDD:- 500GB (Seagate) 7200RPM ST3500413AS
♦ Motherboard:- Intel DH55TC
♦ PSU:- Seasonic Eco 500W
♦ Monitor:-Acer 20" inch LED 1600*900 60Hz

I play battlefield 4 with this rig &
currently I am playing multiplayer with minimum 30 to 50fps on 64 player server. I set my resolution to 1600*900 and all settings to low & I know my current cpu n mobo is bottle necking with this GPU. So, I am now going to change cpu n mobo

My budget is 350$ & in Indian RS. 21000-22000

I have checked my GPU's performance @my friends home and he owns following specs

♦ CPU:- AMD 8320
♦ GPU:-Zotac 750 Ti 2GB DDR5
♦ RAM:- Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)
♦ HDD:- 931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162 ATA Device (SATA)
♦ Motherboard:- Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H
♦ PSU:- Antec 650W
♦ Monitor:-Acer 19" inch LED 1400*900 60Hz

So, I have checked bf4 on 64 player in metro server with explosives on ultra settings & was getting 40-70fps. So I thought I should get the same cpu n mobo which my friend have. But I would like to go with Intel i5 4670 and motherboard giga byte h87m d3h which is costing some more bucks than amd processor.
So guys do you think I'll get same performance in Intel i5 4670 which I was getting in amd fx8320.
Also tell what is better in Intel than amd and what is better in amd than Intel

More about : intel 4670 nvidia 750ti

YEs, you will get similar performance in BF4 with the i5 as the 8320. Other games may slightly prefer the i5. But, your GPU is weak enough that the difference in CPU between the 8320 and i5 will not even be noticed as the GPU will definitely be the limiting factor.

SO, either is fine. Unless you get a GPU like a gtx770 or better, there will be no real difference between the CPUs.

I went to shop for price but shop owner was suggesting me to buy amd because it has more cores

Performance may be slightly less on Intel, because BF4 is optimized for AMD hardware. Also you need to ask him if he was using mantle, because that would give a decent improvement on AMD's side.
As for pros and cons of each, I don't know a whole lot about this, because I don't get involved in CPU wars but this is what I know:
Intel Pros: Less heat, better for video editing/rendering, hyper-threading on i7s
Intel Cons: Slightly more expensive
AMD Pros: Mantle support, great at OC'ing
AMD Cons: Run hot, have a high TDP

If that is his argument behind the 8320 (more cores = better gaming) he really doesn't know what he is talking about.

Shop owners generally know jack about tech, if you are using your PC for gaming then there is little to no point in the 4 extra cores on AMD 8xxx series chips, the only game that supports them as far as I know is BF4.

Mantle helps lower end AMD CPUs and APUs a lot more then AMDs flagship chips is my understanding.

Were you talking to me?
Mantle was designed with the intention of improving performance on lower end CPUs, but there is still a small difference in higher end chips as well.

Yeah, this is correct. Mantle really only shines when there is a HUGE gap in CPU/ GPU performance.

Get whatever is cheaper, honestly. With your GPU, you will see no difference between them.

If I buy amd then do I need cooler compulsory?

No, it comes with a cooler like most all CPUs. If you want to overclock an aftermarket cooler is needed.
