Which MOBO is better?

The MOBO of choice will be paired with: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core

The one I currently have picked is:
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard

However at a local store I can literally save $50 dollars if I bundle with one of these:
MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
or
ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

is it the evo/pro edition? if not, it will run the cpu but if you intend to o/c the FX 8350 you should really get the gigabyte!

Due to a bundle deal, the Asus actually ends up being 40 dollars cheaper
