Would the default cooling fan that comes with the CPU do the trick of cooling this system?
CPU: i5-4690
GPU: GTX 760
PSU: 650w
Mobo: Gigabyte Z97X gaming 3

Or should I get this cooling fan CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO?

If you aren't going to over-clock, then the stock CPU cooler will be just fine. If you are going to do any significant over-clocking, then definitely get the 212 EVO.
