Hello all. I am having a terrible time with an issue. I work at a highschool and they have asked me to install some new software for new printers and for the students. However, the IT director from 10 years ago, no longer exists and no one knows the password. The IT guy also installed a softeware package that basically blocks the students from access to anything.
For example, i tried to run lusrmgr.msc. it opened the window up, i right clicked on Administrator and hit set password. I tried to give it a new password and it says access denied to reset password.
If at all possible, we would not like to reformat 15 PC's haha.

oh and they are dells with xp pro on them.
