Drop the Asrock. Get a H77 not a H61. H61 was released with Sandy Bridge. Ivy Bridge uses the same socket but its newer. Also, why ivy-bridge? you could go with Haswell? I5 4670 and an Asrock B85M its a bit more expensive but still very good. Also there is absolutely no way that cpu cooler is gonna fit. I would suggest the Nocuta NH-L9i. Its affordable and good.

Hi. I don't think you are going to fit that graphics card into that case.

get WD blue or black instead of green. Greens are pretty slow.

What is better about that motherboard as it is more expensive?

It supports Haswell and Haswell-refresh Cpus. Acutally I would reccomend the: http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157526&cm_re=H97_Mitx-_-13-157-526-_-Product

Its more expensive but its future proof. It also has AC wireless internet. So for outside use, its jsut easier than trying to find an ethernet cable to plug in.

Well, I'm not sure, I can't see your parts list. But if you made the changes is suggested then yes it should be good to go. Just remember the 770 will fit, but it might just be a tight squeeze soooo, your gonna have to do a lot of cable management.
