250GB Samsung 840 EVO not showing up in disk management

Did you have any luck getting this to work? I just ordered a second 840 evo 500gb and am having the same issue. I can see it in the bios but it doesn't show up in disk management. I already had a 500gb 840 evo installed and was going to use the second for storage. They both have the same driver and firmware so I don't see it being an issue with those. I think the drive is faulty and am doing an RMA, can't find anything else online that has an answer.
