Hi,
I'm going to build my machine with following components.

i7 4930k processor
Asus p9x79LE motherboard
Asus GTX 760 vga
32GB 1866GHz memory
1 SSD
2TB 7200rpm hard disk
Corsair H90 liquid cpu cooler
Zalman Z11 plus casing

Most of the parts I have already purchased. Please can you help me choosing my Power supply unit. I'm thinking of getting 600W or 650W power supply. I will not overclock my CPU. Will 600W power supply suffiecient for the above spec?

Please advice. Thank you

That PSU calculator is known to overestimate by ALOT.

500w is plenty for your system. You will barely pull over 350w at load. The gtx760 is very efficient.

A 550w unit is plenty. The XFX550 is a VERY good and cheap PSU.

If you haven't opened them, you could always give them back for a refund.

Personally i'd stick with the 650, the extra headroom will be less of a headache when upgrading the GPU in future. Seeing as your buying one of the best CPU's that will last a good long while, that's what will be upgraded in future no doubt. Plus not pushing the PSU hard will result in it operating quieter.

The XFX is good quality (Seasonic OEM) hence the price premium, if your talking about Corsair CX series, then they aren't as good. It would look odd to see a monster of a processor setup with a value PSU. But it's your decision to make.
