MSI GTX 760 issues

So I built my first rig a couple months back, and I've been having some persistent issues with gaming. The most common problems have to do with shadows - they often seem blocky or incomplete on highest settings, and they look jittery/shimmery in motion. There are some other problems from game to game - in-engine cutscenes often run slow, frame rate is inconsistent, physics objects behave oddly - but the shading issue has appeared on every game from The Witcher to Bioshock: Infinite.

Here are a few screenshots of the shading issues in Far Cry 3 on Very High/Ultra settings. You can see it in the grass, the woman's forehead, and the jeep's dashboard, and keep in mind that all of it looks a LOT worse in motion: http://imgur.com/a/h12Ya

Seeing gameplay videos of similar builds running FC3 with no issues at 60+FPS made me realize that there's probably something going wrong with my GPU. Thing is, all my drivers are up-to-date, MSI Afterburner stats look normal, and Furmark benchmarks are par for the course (although there was some frame dropping going on when I tested it). Could I have just gotten a faulty card?

My build is below - also, for the record, I'm not overclocking. Could someone help me find out exactly what's going on here and, hopefully, how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the tips. Tried updating drivers to the current beta, but no change.

Messed around with fan speed in MSI Afterburner, but it didn't seem to have much effect on performance (in fact, may have made things WORSE when I turned the fan to higher speeds, but it's hard to say). I'm new to this - are there any specific fan settings I should try tweaking?
