what ssd should i buy?

i already have a 1tb hdd which i will use for storage and the ssd for boot drive. i am choosing between the samsung evo 840 120gb, or the kingston hyperx 3k 120gb? i also need to know of weather or not these ssd will be compatable with my motherboard, it is a msi z87 gd65

Both are compatible...The evo 840 is pretty much to 'go to' for most people. I myself have a evo 840, cruical mx100 and cruical m500

Most recommended is the samsung, but the mx100 is also great.

The price between the two is not very much, so I'd probably go with the samsung.
