I am looking to upgrade my graphics card and I have narrowed it down a bit and just need a bit of help. I have AMD FX-8350 cpu and Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z mobo. My budget for the gpu is £240. So I have Asus GTX 760 striker 4GB or Asus GTX 770 2GB. If you can think of a better GPU in that price range please tell me.

Well, Watch Dogs is not optimized well right now and a patch is said to be released by September (tentative). Even the high end GTX 780 Ti can have issues with it. So if you can't afford a R9 290, I don't think you're going to get much better than the GTX 770. You can still play on High settings on those very select intensive games. But for MOST games, you can play on Ultra. So I'm not saying that the GTX 770 is not capable of playing in Ultra settings for all games. It can for most games. But Crysis 3 and Watch Dogs are a bit out of its league at the moment. But they're out of the league for a GTX 780 Ti so that's saying a lot.
The PSU is not the best, but definitely not the worst. It will be fine for the GTX 770. Some people will say that 4GB is needed for gaming at 1080p because some games use up 3GB+ like Watch Dogs, Crysis 3, etc. But in those games, the GTX 770 does NOT perform very well when running at 1080p @ Ultra setting and 4xAA or whatever anti-aliasing you are using. The fps will be quite average to low. So you probably won't end up playing them in Ultra setting and so you don't have to worry about 2GB VRAM not being enough for now.
