Descent fx8350 board

My current mobo is apparently not enough for my FX8350. So what are some descent mid budget boards that actually support said cpu. Problem Im having is that my current mobo supports it. But in reality it doesnt. I currently have a Asus M5A78L-M/USB3. Mid budget being $50-100usd. Anything much more over and ill get a Sabertooth. But any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Im just having issues find boards that actually can handle the cpu. Or doesnt have many know issues such as the GB 990fxa series vrm overheating. Pretty sure i need atleast and 8+2 phase and not 4+1ect.

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX is probably the best AM3+ board under $100. It also has a 8+2 phase power design.

I would also suggest the Gigabyte. Only possible draw back is that it doesn't support SLI, but if that doesn't matter to you then it's the way to go.

I'm trying to stay clear of the lower end GB boards.The fx series have a tendency to over heat the board. I'm digging the Asus kinda. Gotta do more digging into it though. I've been looking at the ASRock 990fx killer. It seems like a decent midrange board. I can get one for around the price of the Asus board mentioned above.

ASRock 990fx Killer , is the best deal in this price range , great fit for the 8320 or 8350.

My only issue with that board is that it says it doesn't support 1866 but on the supported mem page there a couple at 1866 that is supported? I currently have 2x4gb gskill sniper 1866.

It will support 1866.

But getting anything faster wouldn't run , 1866 is perfect.
