Which graphics card should I get if I'm going to be streaming, recording, and editing?
Mainly going to be playing League of Legends but I'm going to be playing games like Skyrim and a bunch of the games like Destiny in the future.

The 270x for sure.
It can beat the GTX 760 is some games so it's a lot more powerful than the GTX 660.

Why not thing about the AMD Radeon R9 280? It is better than the 270X in terms of raw performance! It is only $50 more and is a more powerful video card than either of the ones you listed above

Yes I know, but they might not be able to afford that.
If they can, I would get it.

Ok, well I guess the 270X is the way to go, especially if you want to overclock some good games!

I agree, I regret getting my GTX 760 and spending £30 less on a 4GB 270X

Yeah. Hey, by the way, what type of processor do you have? I have heard some stuff about better performance out of AMD cards if you hook it up correctly to an AMD processor. Have you heard anything like that?

I've got an Intel i5, I don't see how that could be true.

Ok. Well, are you going to get the radeon R9 270x to replace your GTX 760? I know the R9 is more cost efficient, but you already own the GTX 760, which in my eyes is slightly more powerful.

At the moment I have a and fx-8320 AND as far as I can tell, there have been some pretty decent numbers with my current 7790. But then again, I only play league of legends and Skyrim. League gets about 160 fps and Skyrim gets a steady 60 with all high.

I was actually looking to upgrade to the AMD FX 8350 and most people think it will work really well with the GTX 760.

For streaming, you clearly want an Nvidia card so that you can use Shadowplay.
http://www.geforce.com/geforce-experience/shadowplay

If the game you want to play is Skyrim, that's an Nvidia game all the way and even includes the ability to enable Ambient Occlusion, on Nvidia cards only. The actual image quality throughout the game is better on an Nvidia card.

No AMD cards do not run better with an AMD CPU. In fact, there has been evidence shown that an AMD CPU may run better with an Nvidia card.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/crossfire-sli-scali...

Quote:
"Conversely, the FX-8350 appears to favor Nvidia's SLI technology over CrossFire. This is just another data point quantifying the potential validity of claims that AMD's cards are more limited on its own processors, and that Nvidia's graphics hardware is able to extract more performance from a top-end FX."
