Flip USB flash drive removable bit?

Hi everyone, I have a flash drive that comes up as a local disk. I've tried googling but all I come up with are sketchy Russian websites. Does anyone know how to flip the removable media bit or knows where to get SanDisk production tools so I can figure it out?

try right clicking the local disk and see if you can reformat it to exfat or something. reformatting can delete all data on the flip usb
