Hi there!
Here's my full specs:
i7 3770k
Corsair H80i Liquid Cooler
ASUS GTX 680
ASUS P8Z77-V PRO Mobo
16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
850W Corsair PSU
(i've had this computer for a little over a year now btw).

I have this problem you see, which started happening about a month ago:
So i have a I7 3770k @Stock speed (3.5GHz Turbo 3.9) and usually my idle temps would stay at 25 - 30c with a 20 - 21c room temperature, but now it varies, sometimes when i start my computer it's on 40 - 45c and sometimes it's on 50 - 55c+ after i've had it on for a while it just randomly sometimes goes up to 50 - 55c+ (from 40-45c) or.. it lowers down to 35c ish but this happens only like 1/10 of the time, which right now the temperatures are at right now which is weird and is still not normal temps of what i used to have. And i tried running a stress test using Intel Burn Test on Very High and ran it for about 2 - 3min and this was the results: (the temperatures raised more and more after aswell).

Results: http://i.imgur.com/FKuh4el.png
Temperatures went up as high as 94, 91, 89 and 86 at one point but unfortunately i didn't print that.

Another stresstest i did with the H80i temps etc: http://i.imgur.com/MWEqNvJ.jpg
This was running it about 5 - 10mins.

These temperatures occured as soon as i pressed Start: http://i.imgur.com/BvkceSU.png Don't know if this is normal or not!

Also here's 2 pictures of temps and stuff in Corsair Link: http://imgur.com/a/erL5a

Does anyone have a clue what it is?
Oh and i already have tried reformatting my computer and reinstalled Windows (W7 64bit if you wonder).
And i have cleaned the dust off the H80i radiator which only helped the sound (it still is way too loud than before) and removed my old thermal paste with isopropyl alcohol and applied some new Arctic Silver thermal paste.
Nothing at all happened doing this! literally nothing.
So what do you guys think the problem is right here? oh and one last thing is this normal? one of the corsair tubes is hot (not too hot but hot) and the other one is room isn't.
Anyways i'd GLADLY appreciate a fix / answer for this since this has really been irritating.
Thanks in advance! :)

EDIT: Almost forgot, 2 things, my temperatures also increase ALOT when i browse through Google Chrome for example and installing softwares, games or whatever. My CPU Usage goes up to 15 - 30%+ when loading up google. Second thing is in games like Counter-Strike Global Offensive which isn't that heavy of a game i get 60 - 80c in. which i think is waaay to high.

Solution
Next time you hear it, take the side panel off. Then one at a time, slow each fan down until the noise changes or stops. You can use a fan controller to do this. Or just put your finger on the hub of the fan. Then you will know if it is a fan making the noise and also which one.

Sounds like your pump is dying. If the loop is still under warranty send it in or replace it. A loud pump means it's either about to stop working or somehow liquid got out and there isn't enough fluid in the loop.

Hello, thanks for your answer man!
yeah i've checked the fans which is stock fans from Corsair and they're working properly when i run them on full speed all the time (650 - 700RPM on both of them) but when i put them on normal speed only 1 is going at 300RPM.
And if it is the pump acting up, is it fixable? or do i need to get a whole new cooler?

Okay yeah, the h80i is quite louder than normal but fixed abit of it when i cleaned the dust off the radiator.
I also heard there's plenty of liquid still in it so shouldn't be that.

I would set the minimum RPM on the radiator fans at 600 - 800. I would say that the 300 RPM setting is probably stalling the fan.

The manufacturer may be able to repair/replace the cooler if it is still under warranty. If not, then it is time to replace it.

The tubing coming from the radiator should be cooler than the other (assuming that the CPU is above room temperature).

Dusty radiator and fans will reduce the cooling efficiency somewhat, but it would not be a random effect. The same applies to the thermal grease. The normal speed of the H80i is around 2000 RPM from what I was able to find.

Alright, but why are mine at 2300RPM then? and also where did you see my minimum was at 300RPM? because i can't see anything about it :S

The 300RPM minimum came from your post. If your pump is at 2300 RPM, I assume that it was set at that RPM or that it is running at 100% due to the way in which it is powered. For example if it was plugged into a 3-pin motherboard header that isn't controlled, the the voltage would be 12 volts. The 12 volts would power your pump to 100% .

Okay, i have no idea what that means haha but anyway, i just noticed now that my computer right now have a really slight beeping noise all the time, now it's not loud you only hear it if you're close, what's up with that? something bad?

If your system has a case speaker, then is may be a beep code. I say "may" because the beep code is usually pretty audible. A repeating beep code is an indication of a memory error. I would need your BIOS type to be sure. Otherwise the noise could be many things including a bad fan bearing.

Most likely is the fan then because it's a really really low sound like from a TV when there's a static noise but not as loud. Have no idea where it's from but i think it's from the fans. Because the time when i reapplied some new thermal paste i think i was a little too aggressive on the fans and might have bent the fan inwards.
