I currently have a AMD Radeon HD 6450 and want rid of it as soon as possible! I am getting £25 from my friend for doing something and I thought of getting a quick upgrade of this

Just wondering if this is a worth while upgrade! Also I am 16 so VERY RARELY get money and would take me much longer to save up any longer.
I simply want to play the newest games at around 25-30 fps stable at MAXIMUM, 1280x1024 resolution! Any tips?
