virtual memory (best performance)?

i have a toshiba windows 8 64 bit with 2.4ghz and 8gb (7.89 usable) ram i want to know how to set my virtual memory for the best performance,for gaming please help,thanks please make it easy for me if possible im good with computers but not that good if you know what i mean.

Letting Windows manage it is easiest.

If you can find your way into the Windows settings the only thing you would want to do is disable virtual memory. The reason being is that 8GB is all you will need. I monitor the RAM usage on my desktop, laptop, and my brother's desktop during all gaming sessions. All of these computers have 8GB or 16GB of RAM, but while playing games, regardless of which system in use, the amount of RAM used is almost always 4GB.
