The only thing missing is a case then it's a complete new build. Don't you want to do that? Better cooling more room for components and the motherboard will fit(the GT5654 only takes mATX motherboard, i just looked at images though).

im probably going to buy a new case and im comparing the difference between the seagate Seagate ST310005N1A1AS-RK 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Retail awkit and the Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive whats the difference.
and are you saying i don't need a new motherboard
and do you know what tower i should buy im on a budget

No no, get an new motherboard. Your current motherboard won't fit the FX-6300.
A good budget case i would recommend is the Cooler Master HAF 912, can't beat this for it's price and cooling.
About those hard drives, well i'm not a harddrive expert, but i am using the Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB for over a year now, and it performs great. Solid HDD and it's cheaper than the other one you mentioned.

i have no budget but the problem is this is going to be funded mainly by my parents not me so i have to keep it as cheap as possible and they wouldn't react well to the sound of a $50 even $35 case
