Was starting up Total War Rome
Heard a really loud whining noise.
Then Asus Suite 2 popped up a warning about the CPU Voltage. System was not overclocked. The temps are running 10 to 15 C hotter than normal also.

PSU Corsair cx 750
gigabyte gtx 770
Windows 7 64 bit
seagate 250 hdd
samsung evo 120 g
Friends computer. Dont understand why voltages would change randomly? Any help appreciated. thanks c
