I have a AMD Athlon 760k CPU and a Radeon R7 260X GPU, what mini itx motherboard should i get that can support both?

yea the board you linked would actually seem to be the right solution, plenty of SATA ports, a PCI-E 3.0 lane for your GPU, should work just fine
