I was wondering about getting an i5 CPU, but my motherboard isnt LGA 1150, I was wondering if i needed a new case if i was going to do this. The problem is it might not be the same size and the outputs might not fit mine and so on. Im sorry if i sound like a noob here, thanks for taking a look!!!

Well I have an old motherboard and my case is just standard Inspiron. I did not build this computer, although I do know a little about it. I was going to just replace CPU, motherboard, and memory. I know all bout the cpu fitting the motherboard and all. Ive got that figured out. My motherboard is ddr2 and doesnt fit the intel core series and is outdated, thats why im replacing it. So after all the blabbering i guess im asking what case should i get for this motherboard to fit in? Its from newegg, GIGABYTE GA-H61M-S1 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
