THis is all wrong to be honest.

WAY too much CPU with a weak GPU.

Change to an i5

GEt 8gb RAM

Get ANtec, XFX, Seasonic PSU for better quality/ reliability.

Use saved money for better GPU

You dont really need i7 unless you stream/record/edit or the 16gb ram for gaming, you only need 8gb ram. Use the money and get a better gpu

Also a lot of folks here including myself will urge you to BUILD IT YOURSELF, that way you know youre getting the best price, the best quality, and you know its built right and handled properly. im sure most of their stuff is good but i hear a lot of stories of broken parts and return shipping for repairs isnt always free.

The second build in the OP is ALOT better for gaming. Go for it.

Change PSU to something better FOR SURE. Antec, XFX, Seasonic.
