What to buy advice. AMD or Intel? *fanboys gasp*

Hello I am building a primarily gaming PC and I have two options lined up. They are both mini-itx and I only plan to play certain games at 1080p on medium settings w/o AA (rough guess).

I will list the two sets of main parts and under those I will list peripherals/misc parts that will apply to both 'builds'. Your challenge is to convince me which is the better option without resulting to the 'fanboy fallacies' as I like to call them.

Option #1
In the red corner..

cpu: AMD A10 7850k
motherboard: ASRock FM2A88X-ITX+
ram: Corsair Dominator Platinum 2400 2x8gb

Option #2
.. and in the blue corner

cpu: Intel Pentium 'Anniversary Edition' G3258
motherboard: ASUS Z97I-PLUS
ram: Corsair Dominator Platinum 2400 2x8gb
graphics: Galaxy GeForce GTX 750 Ti Slim OC 2GB

Peripheral/Misc items (applies to both options)

storage: WD Black 1TB 3.5in HDD , Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD
os: Windows 8.1 64bit
psu: Silverstone Nightjar 520w fanless (new version)
headphones: Steelseries Siberia V2
keyboard: Steelseries Apex Raw
mouse: Steelseries Sensei Raw
mousepad: Artisan Hayabusa/Hayate x/soft
thermal comp: Arctic Silver 5
case: Bitfenix Prodigy
fan controller: Bitfenix Recon
fans: Bitfenix Spectre Pro
modem: D-Link DSL-277
cpu cooler: Cooler-Master Hyper 412 Slim

Also I will be overclocking whichever one I go for. I know the Pentium overclocks very well and can reach 4.6GHz to 4.8Ghz. Here are the pros for each:

7850k: -Quad Core -3.7Ghz base (4.0 boost) -HSA architecture -GCN arch. -Mantle

G3258: -Crazy overclock for 2 cores: 3.2Ghz to 4.8Ghz -Intel -price -Z97 platform

Lastly the games I will be playing are not that intensive. If you have any advice/part changes please tell me and justify it.

Intel.

The G3258 is an amazing overclocking (GASP!) CPU. It can easily match up in most games with the i3, i5, and i7. I would make one change, which would benefit Intel more than AMD (even if you were to make the same change to AMD) and that is to down the RAM from Corsair Dominator and go with a stronger graphics card. Games are not RAM-sensitive so the upgrade doesn't give you as much performance as a faster graphics card.

You picked a bad bottleneck to put AMD in because the FX series does NOT have a single Mini ITX to its name so the main competitor against Intel is gone in your case.

that intel option will kill the apu...

a better amd option would be a fx6300 and a r7-265 with a m5a97 r2.0 mb... and there is no point to 2400 ddr3 ram... neither the g3258 nor the fx6300 will see any improvement in performance from it (the apu however... would have loved that ram) over say... ddr3 1866 ram...

of course that would mean you have to ditch mitx... as really.. if you're building mitx... you pretty much have to go intel. there isn't really a good amd option at that motherboard size.

Intel it is then boys and girls. I was kind of expecting that anyway. I was just hoping that someone would pop out with some AMD stuff about FM2+ future stuff idk. Thanks everyone :D
