I've had this once before, about two weeks ago, and they randomly came back today. I've restarted my computer, but it doesn't appear to have fixed anything. Is there a problem with my monitor or graphics card? How do I determine the problem / fix the problem?
The green pixels are just.. spontaneously stuttering across my screen. Sometimes, in darker portions of the monitor, there is a lot of pixels, and sometimes there's just a single pixel (but scattered across the screen).
