Hello I am doing a build on a computer and I am not sure if it is a 32-bit or 64-bit motherboard.

The bit relates to what OS you install onto your system. Unless there is a specific reason to install the 32bit, like some ancient software (but expensive to upgrade) that does not work on 64bit then you pretty much want to install 64bit.
Your hardware can support both, you will limit it with 32bit. Pick the 64bit to install.
