Ok ! Ok ! .. my fingers are shaking .. my hardware vendor just called.. I CAN PICK ALL THIS UP TODAY ! YAY !

he said quotation i have asked for is possible, but the GOOD GUY also said, he can give me a better deal at the same price if i want to replace i5 to i7 and the gfx card from ati to gtx

system rules -

1) NO OVERCLOCKING.. i will NEVER overclock, [ so not selecting OC chipstes ]

2) Once done is done system, later on no other gfx card or such is going in..( when i have more cash i will put in 8 gb more ram, but not now and thats about it)

I am totally happy with all other components .. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE .. suggest me a good I7 and a good gfx card from nvidia side ..

Right now I am adrenalized because I really did not think that the system would fit in my budget but ITS HAPPENING .. I cant think straight right now .. i did not study anything about i7 or gtx and my brain is jumping all over the place right now .. so my own red flag for selecting anything hurriedly !

Really, the i5 system needs a H97 chipset to take advantage of the HaswellE CPU. But i7 wise, try a i7 4790 with a H97 mobo and either a GTX 770 or 780
 
I would personally be deeply concerned. The only reason someone may want to do that would be to get rid of either refurbished or just poor products that they can't sell. Unless you have a connection with this guy, I would question why he is doing that. For a business, that is definitely not common.

oh, no no, this dude is legit , i have been buying stuff from him for years with no hitches and best service .. i am just excited because its SUPER FEELING to get back to pc field .. and I didnt feel that my budget would suffice, but i am exited because it is ! i too was once a geek but then got disconnected from the field because of war and stuff .. but now most of me is back.. o wait.. i am going off topic here .. hehe sorry.. but yeah .. the stuff will be legit, no issues there.. plus i will be physically collecting it from his store .. so I would there personally to check each and every package with detailed product description .. but thanks a loads for the headsup.

No, it doesn't support overclocking, but it has M.2 support, so you could add M.2 SSD's. It is also newer so is likely to be better

Fair enough .. right now i have requested a list of possible i7s and nvidia gfx cards he wants to recommend.. lets see what he sends ..
