Which RAM should I buy ?

Solution

If you are sure that you will SLI the card in the future, Go with Nvidia.
But you can only SLI Nvidia with the same card while you can crossfire AMD with any card in the same family. AMD drivers for single GPU is good. But for multi...

8GB is enough for most games right now. Capacity Over 16GB is waste. Go with the 16GB if you have extra money to spend. Also extra RAM will be useful for editing videos and high resolution pictures.

Also, I Think the R9 280x has great performance for it's price.

I have enough money to buy 770, all I want is a future proof GPU with good performance.
I am thinking to buy Nvidia so I can SLI it later without changing much in PC.
That is why to make PC future proof I thought about 2x8GB
So ?

I would get something like this: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125490&cm_re=r9_280x-_-14-125-490-_-Product

The 770 is just as good, and I don't know what AMD's current driver situation is but they used to be pretty slow at updating them, whereas nvidia usually gets a new driver out every other week. Also I've heard a lot of bad things about SLI, you might want to hit up google and do some research on it before you make a decision.

Windforce version of the 770 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125614&cm_re=770-_-14-125-614-_-Product

My GTX 670 is a windforce and I've never seen it go over 55c, those three fans are amazing.

And as for ram if you like to game and multitask 12 should be just fine, although getting 16 can't possibly hurt. It wouldn't be that much more expensive either.

Wow
That Nvidia Card is Fab! but sadly it's not in India, as far as I have searched :/
I made my mind to buy Nvidia, cause I have Nvidia 650 currently.
I have searched a lot, Nvidia GPU are good not just in gaming but other softwares too they help. But AMD is just good for Gaming.
I am thinking to buy R9 280X Toxic Edition, or I should still chose Nvidia 770?
Thanks! I am buying 16GB as it's in budget. :)

Anyway both GPU's has almost same benchmarks and you won't find much difference using them. You will be happy with any of them.

I am still buying R9 280X Toxic Edition, I saw it's benchmarks, it have same performance as Nvidia Titan when overclocked. About the drivers, maybe after years AMD will fix it so just cause of drivers I won't spend much money on GPU. Thanks tho.
