So I had to take my motherboard out to fix something that was wrong with my case and then I set it on a full styrofoam box/block. That was for about 10 min until I realized that styrofoam can cause static discharge. Then I got a sheet of a material that I know nothing of and then set the mobo on top of it too. When I went to pick up the sheet after installing the mobo, I had that feeling in my arm where you can sort of feel your arm hairs standing up or something like that, I'm not sure how to explain in. However, there were no static shocks during this. I frequently grounded myself, but I'm sure that doesn't matter because the mobo was on something static-y.

What are the chances I damaged my motherboard if I didn't actually feel any static shocks?

Solution
Impossible to say until you re-install it and power up. Whatever anyone says in answer to your question, it's only going to be an educated guess at best, which will leave you still having doubts until you actually power it up.
