The processor I'm currently looking at for my Mini-Itx build is an Athlon X4 760k and I'm wondering if it will bottleneck the MSI R9-270x Itx card shown here http://www.msi.com/product/vga/R9_270X_GAMING_2G_ITX.html#hero-overview.
I've seen mixed responses concerning the full sized 270x but was wondering if there was any difference for the itx 270x.
Also if it does bottleneck then what motherboard and CPU would one suggest that is both as budget friendly as possible and will fully support a 270x itx?
