Just connect the Ethernet cable from the modem into the "Internet," "WAN" or "WLAN" connector in the router. (In the modem you given, it's the the blue one.) Then connect another ethernet cable into the Ethernet port of your computer and connect the other end to one of the router port (Yellow).

If your computer have a Wi-Fi adaptor, you can connect by searching WiFi from your PC.

Which is your provider? I have a Wired Broadband connection (BSNL) and i use a Wi-Fi modem. I connect my PC, Laptop and my Mobile phone through Wi-Fi and i don't have any problem.

The ISP cannot distinguish between traffic from wired and wifi connections.

The terms of use may or may not make this differentiation, but it would be a silly term. Some ISPs in the US used to limit the user to a one computer at at time connection, but they quickly abandoned this when everyone bought a router and just ignored the terms.

I don't think the ISP can identify you are using a wireless router or not.
