Solution
I think there's no reason posting here anymore, but a straight awnser... gtx 780ti or gtx 980 will run crysis at max somewhere around 50-60fps...
my gtx 770 runs it at about 30-40fps average (although I cant remember was it high or maxed out)

but in order to play a game like crysis at max you obviously need a better cpu and a whole new system where you can plug this cpu... I would recommend something like i5 4690 or 4690k , anything weaker might bottleneck the card (in some scenarios), or and 8 core amd FX series cpu (any number will do)

That's a nice way of putting it.
But isn't sempron support hyper threading? That could help on crysis.
I might be wrong though

I have a sempron 145 not a bad chip and they can be potentially unlocked to dual core chip athlonx2 4450e . I run mine on ga-78lmt-s2 gigabyte mobo with a hd6770 gpu and Sandisk 128gb ssd . Single core preformance is pretty good it's can run crysis turn the details down and running 1600x900 res the game runs fairly smoothly , CSGO runs perfectly fine , with cpu unlocked to a dual it's runs crysis perfectly fine overclocked and it stretches it's legs further . Don't get me wrong this ain't a hard core gaming rig but as a low res gaming setup it's not bad at all and better than none at all
