Windows 7 startup always edit boot path

[Update: so I was browsing some files in my pc I noticed some files were gone or deleted]

The other day before windows 7 was booted chkdsk was going on and deleted some bad file records or something simillar then today when I turned on my pc a message showed up before booting windows 7

Edit windows boot options for: WINDOWS Setup

Path: \windows\system32\winload.exe

Partition 1
Hard Disk <------ ( Im not sure what was written here I forgot )
[ /noexecute=optin ]

Enter= Submit Esc=Cancel

Help please I want windows to boot on itself so that I don't have to press enter everytime I turn on my PC
 
Solution

Boot to the good/correct one that has all your stuff.
Start > Run > type msconfig
Click Boot tab (how many entry you have) and delete the unwanted one.
