Ok I've modified a 500 watt power supply into a 500 watt amplifier for sub-woofers, tested works. my question is will the analog audio output For my Sylvania 32" ld320ss8 TV work alongside my HDMI video output?

I use separate sound from my HDMI video input to TV, no issues. You can pass sound through the TV if it features audio out although I don't think there's any advantage doing that (possibly a few disadvantages). I'm not quite understanding the HDMI video output from the TV, do you mean input there or are multiple monitors involved?

i figured out how to do it, what i was doing was using an hdmi video card to my computer and trying to hook up a true subwoofer to it. i have audio output terminals on the tv so i used the av cable with an amp powered by a cpu psu to connect the subwoofer, plus the standard output for the tv speakers sill works at the same time, (i went into the computer and disconnected the stock speakers and hooked up jvc stereo speakers) i do have multiple monitors but i only use the little 20"when were going to bed
