i have pc cleaner on my desk top but not in my unistall or change program (thing) ive tryed everything to remove it but nothink is happening also most my programs have vanished ... ive downloaded REVO but that aint picking it up .. is there any other way to remove it .. thanks

If it's not in control panel-> add/remove programs, then check the start menu. Sometimes it will list the uninstaller in the same group as the program. If it's not there either, you can probably just delete the program's install directory.

NOTE: It sounds like this is malware considering you are losing programs. Download malwarebytes free and run a scan.
