I have a 1 user out of 30 users that is having issues with there password. This has happen 5 or 6 times. She will able sign in with no problems. Hasn't reset her password or anything. Then she will come in the following day and type her password in. And it won't let her sign in. And it won't even lock her account. Which is strange. Then I will reset her password. She types it in. And she is able to log in. Then couple days later it will happen again. And even to add more of a twist to it. It doesn't always happen at the first login of the day. Sometimes it will happen in the middle of the work day. I have stood behind her and watched her sign into her computer to make sure she is type her password in right. Which she is. I even tried signing into a different computer with her profile and still happens. This user is at the location where the sever always is. And we only have 1 server.

Server 2012 Standard
Rolls Installed: Domain Controller, IIS, Active Directory, File Server services

Check her domain account and group memberships. If you use machine accounts, make sure that's active, and in the right groups, if any. You might need to recreate her domain account.

I don't use machine accounts. And when you say check her domain account and group memberships. What am I looking for?

Typically a user is a member of one or more groups that grant access to certain things, or set policies. I'm not really familiar with password policies, but I'm wondering if she is subject to one she shouldn't be, such as single-use passwords.

She isn't set to any of those. I might attempt to remove her profile and re-add her.
