So yesterday I was using my computer with a very high CPU powered program, I thought nothing of it and just went on the internet while it was doing it's thing. While on some sites, my computer just flashed the blue screen for about a sec and just shutdown. Tried to reboot but I was stuck with a black screen and a movable cursor the login screen didn't come at all. Then I remember I had previously installed Windows 8.1 on my computer, So I tried to boot it up, It booted fine. I figured it might be the hard drive but I could go through the hard drive just fine. I have tried startup repair but that won't work neither does a restore point.

My specs are:
AMD FX-6300
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
GTX 660 TI x2 SLI
8GB G. Skill Ares series ram
MSI 970a-G46 Motherboard
EVGA 750G2 PSU
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM (Windows 8.1)
Seagate 320GB 7200RPM (Windows 7)
Toshiba 250GB 5200RPM

Though looking at it, I could say it might be the hard drive because I have had the hard drive for quite a while now.

sounds like a graphic driver issue. Try loading windows 7 into safemode, see if you can get to the desktop. if you can it's almost 100% certain to be a graphic driver issue. uninstall your nvidia drivers (uninstall anything nvidia on your computer), reboot into windows. let windows use it's own generic graphic driver. if you can load into normal windows 7, go to the nvidia webpage and download the latest drivers for your system. install, reboot, and see if windows 7 works right again.
