Any suggestions for my specs?

Solution
Ill assume it's for gaming,

I would change the case to a Corsair 300R windowed edition so you can see your computer parts.

And if your only gaming, get a i5 4460 and a H97 motherboard instead, it will be faster than fx 8320.

But if you video render/stream&game thenthe fx 8320 (even better if you overclock it) would be the better choice.
