The Pentium G3258 is massively overclockable with the right cooler and good option for low budget builds. Consider saving some money on the processor and adding a great graphics card or the 270x in sli although I would consider just getting the 270 because of its low power consumption and very close perfomance to 270x but at lower price. Overclocked G3258 and sli 270's should yield some pretty good gaming specs but rendering would make your current component list better. Parts look good but consider my advice for gaming

HELL NO DUDE!First of all its a dual core, second of all its worse than your current build that you wrote up there, and it cant handle two R9 270 cards, trust me,if going low the lowest i would go would be the Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz out of the box,and very overclockable quad core.Dont listen to this guy....
