Advice on my build? (Newb question)

Just as the title says, I've been doing some research and put together a PC Build within my price range.

Intend on using for gaming, some videos and all the other basics. Just looking for some advice on the build and if what I've put together is compatible?

I intend on overclocking the CPU and Video Card. I am still deciding on case, so any recommendations would be appreciated.

You also wouldnt need that mobo. You could get the MSI Z87-G45 or even the Extreme4 if you want the ASRock. Then take the extra money an invest in the GTX GeForce 770. Also you could probably use the Hyper EVO 212 instead of the water cooler and keep it just as cool. Otherwise it looks pretty good. If you arent set on cases the Corsiar Airflow 540 is pretty nice and is designed for keeping the inside nice and cool.
