That's not technically true, the Zotac card will probably use lower quality components than the Asus, not by much though. However, the cooler on the Asus is much better than that on the Zotac, which will mean that you can overclock it a lot more than the Zotac. I'd also consider the MSI Twin Frozr version if available, I have the OC version and have a nice 1215/7400 OC on it.

The Zotac card has been largely ignored, but they are a good quality card. I had my doubts about them when I first saw them, but watched them carefully and did a little research. Found them to be pretty darned good cards. Personally I use EVGA, but if I want to save a little I would go with a Zotac in a heart beat. Go with a non reference card and you wil be fine when it comes to OCing.

Yea I can get an Asus as they are the same price for the 2GB version but I was able to find a 4gb GT 770 card for only an extra 24 dollars, which for me makes sense to get seeing as it still fits into my budget. Here is my complete build in case anyone wanted to see: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zc2pmG.

Looks good. That 4Gb of Ram on that card will be helpful. I think you have a winner. :)

Yeah. Those are good. Always better to go with a Non Reference card.

I would go with this Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157503&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= MSI has not been all that good.
