connect the iPhone to your pc
when the iphone appears in windows explorer you can access it's storage to see and manage the media files included
(to gain access you need to unlock the phone's lock first on the iphones lock screen swipe to unlock then type your lockscreen password)

Referring to you not finding a usb port on your phone: You can use the cord that you use to charge your iPhone with to plug into the pc. The cable should have come in the box for your phone along with a wall brick to charge your phone with. Unplug the cable from the wall brick (if it was plugged in) and plug the cable ends into their respective ports on the phone and pc (ya'know, square peg in square hole action). Then, pretty much do as plast0000 said. Navigate to your phone's storage in the file explorer, and you should find a folder that says DCIM, followed by a set of folders labeled with a seemingly random string of numbers, which will contain your photos.
